SB 321 by Sen. Wise would prohibit abortions after 15 weeks' gestation. 90% of countries worldwide have laws limiting abortion at 15 weeks or earlier. 

Kentucky has a long-recognized interest in protecting the life of the unborn. No unborn human should be torn limb-from-limb, which is exactly the barbaric practice that is most often used for elective abortions after 15 weeks. It is a practice that demeans the medical profession and undermines the oath to “do no harm.”
