Church is Essential Act: Protect Churches from Government Discrimination

The last two years have revealed that attacks on our religious liberty are more real and prevalent that ever before. Rep. Baker has filed HB 43 to protect the fundamental human right of Kentuckians to worship and exercise their faith, especially during times of crises and emergencies. 

It is unacceptable and discriminatory when churches across the country, including in Kentucky, were told to close or were severely limited while grocery stores, liquor stores, and even casinos were allowed to remain open. 

The Church is Essential Act passed the House on March 1, act today and tell your Kentucky State Senator to also pass it!
