Stop the Shapiro Administration's Attack on Privacy, Life, and Religious Liberty 

The Shapiro administration says the government didn’t have enough power during COVID-19. Now, the Pennsylvania Department of Health is proposing more than 500 pages of regulations that would dramatically expand government authority over your health decisions and your family. 

These regulations would affect schools, doctors, medical records, vaccines, children, and families. They would require healthcare providers to participate in a centralized vaccine database, expand mandatory disease reporting, give the Department broad authority to conduct investigations in schools, and allow access to children’s medical records without parental consent. 

The public comment period is open until September 21, 2026. The Dept. of Health will then need to consider these comments in their final regulation proposal. The Independent Regulatory Review Commission (IRRC) will then vote on those regulations. 

Tell the PA Department of Health: Reject these regulations and protect the privacy of Pennsylvania families.
