Please Protect Children & Support SB 1321

Tell your lawmakers to support SB 1321 and end taxpayer funding for sex-rejecting interventions on minors.

Pennsylvania taxpayers should never be forced to fund irreversible harm to children.

However, more than $33 million in Pennsylvania taxpayer funds have been used to pay for thousands of children receiving sex-rejecting procedures over the past decade.

Senate Bill 1321 is the latest effort to establish clear, common-sense protections against this. SB 1321 would

  • Stop taxpayer funding for sex-rejecting procedures on minors
  • Hold providers who violate the law accountable
  • Protect vulnerable children from permanent, life-altering harm

These interventions can result in irreversible physical changes, lifelong medical dependency, and serious long-term psychological consequences.

Children deserve compassion, counseling, and support. They must not be harmed by the state or our tax dollars.

Lawmakers need to hear from Pennsylvanians now.

Tell your Senator and Representative to protect children and end taxpayer-funded sex-rejecting interventions on minors.

Pass SB 1321.
