During the four years of President Biden, the federal government was weaponized against conservative activists. The pro-life cause was no exception to this political persecution. His radical pro-abortion Administration targeted pregnancy care centers, labeled pro-life groups as domestic terrorists, and even prosecuted a number of pro-life activists. The FACE (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances) Act was the most common tool used by the Biden Administration to prosecute pro-life activists. Several of those activists were thrown in prison and subjected to solitary confinement, simply for standing up for the rights of the preborn. Thankfully President Trump pardoned those pro-life activists, ending their unjust incarceration.

The Family Foundation is calling on Congress to repeal the FACE Act and has joined a letter to Speaker Johnson asking him to schedule a vote on H.R.589 by Rep. Chip Roy (Texas), which would repeal the FACE Act. We need your help in creating momentum for this bill and the Senate equivalent (S.223 by Sen. Mike Lee (Utah)). Please send a message to your Senators and Congressman asking them to support the effort to repeal the FACE Act. If the Republican majority fails to do so, pro-life activists will once again be at risk of political prosecution by another pro-abortion administration.
