Congress is in the process of setting Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) funding levels. Representatives André Carson (D-IN), Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), Suzan DelBene (D-WA), and Lloyd Smucker (R-PA) are circulating an important “Dear Colleague” letter (request from one Member of Congress to another). The request in this “Dear Colleague” is for members of the House to join a letter to House appropriators in support of at least $51.3 billion for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in FY26. Contact your Representatives today and ask them to add their name to this letter.  We need as many members as possible to show their support for the life-saving research NIH funds.
