Override Beshear's Vetoes of HB 4, HB 90, and HB 495!

Kentuckians should not be forced to fund harmful ideologies, and the government should not be persecuting those who spread biblical truth on issues of sexuality. HB 495 would prohibit taxpayer-funded gender "transitions" for those on Medicaid. HB 4 would ban and defund Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies at Kentucky's public colleges and universities. HB 90 would provide clarity to Kentucky's pro-life laws while reinforcing KY's protections for life, increase access to palliative care, and legalize freestanding birthing centers. And HB 495 would also overturn Beshear's illegal executive order that seeks to ban so-called "conversion therapy."

Hardworking Kentuckians should not be forced to pay for elective procures, especially those that seek to do the impossible—change an individual's sex. They should also not be forced to fund harmful DEI policies, which seek to indoctrinate college students with leftist propaganda and create division based on race, sex, religion, and other protected classes. And finally, Christian counselors should be free to share Biblical truth to those struggling with issues in sexuality.
