Urge the KY General Assembly to Push Back on Beshear's Overreach
On December 9, the General Assembly’s Administrative Regulation Review Subcommittee exposed the Beshear Administration’s attempt to force Kentucky taxpayers to fund gender “transition” operations for prisoners. The proposed regulation would adopt a Department of Corrections memo from 2021 that first established the policy of providing “transition” procedures, including surgeries, to prisoners. This action from the Beshear Administration is another attempt to force the radical LGBTQ agenda onto Kentucky families. It follows the Governor's illegal executive order, which sought to ban so-called "conversion therapy," and his disregard for parental rights protections in SB 150.The only people that can stop the Governor's reckless record of overstepping his authority is the General Assembly. They start the 2025 session on January 7th and are in a strong position to push back against a runaway executive branch. Please ask your KY Senator and Representative to stand with Kentucky taxpayers by pushing back against Beshear's overreach.
