Tell Gov. Beshear to Reverse his Unlawful Executive Order!

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear (D) signed an unlawful executive order officially banning the practice of so-called “conversion therapy” on minors. The executive order comes after repeated failed efforts to pass legislation, including HB 330 in the 2024 General Assembly, because of serious concerns that the legislation would infringe upon religious freedom, freedom of speech, and parental rights.

This order, like previous failed legislative efforts, is designed to promote false LGBTQ ideologies and muzzle Christian counselors, therapists, and pastors from helping children struggling with sexual orientation or gender identity confusion. Kentucky parents and their children should be free to seek the faith-based counseling on sexuality and identity issues that they need. The Christian message on sexuality and human dignity is not harmful, it is life-bringing.

Thankfully, several members of the General Assembly have already spoken out against Beshear's unlawful actions, including: Sen. Boswell, Sen. Douglas, Sen. Elkins, Sen. Funke Frommeyer, Sen.
