Urge Fayette County Schools to Abandon their Radical "Non-Binary" Bathroom Policy!

UPDATE: Read our updated response to FCPS's misleading new statement and join us in attending the Monday, August 26 FCPS board meeting. Read here.

Fayette County Public Schools has established a radical new bathroom policy for their schools, mandating gender-neutral bathrooms in school buildings. Their new middle school, Mary E. Britton Middle School, is currently designed to have what FCPS describes in its facilities documents as a “non-binary or inclusive toilet design” and would force both boys and girls to share the same bathroom facilities and bathroom stalls.

These concerning developments were brought to light by Rep. Matt Lockett in an interim education committee hearing on July 20 that The Family Foundation attended.

Female students deserve their own bathroom facilities that will protect their privacy and safety. It is simply wrong that FCPS is seeking to eliminate, or reduce, sex separated bathroom facilities by forcing girls and boys to share the same bathrooms.

If you live in Fayette County, it is vital that the school board and Superintendent hear from you!
