Urge U.S. Senate To Oppose Harmful IVF Bill

Democrats in the U.S. Senate are continuing their unnecessary crusade to supposedly protect IVF, which is not under threat, by moving toward a vote on a four-bill package called the Right to IVF Act (S. 4445 sponsored by Sen. Tammy Duckworth (D-IL)). This package would establish a “right” to and mandate public and private funding for ethically questionable ART procedures, benefitting the ART industry over the rights of parents, children (both born and unborn), and religious employers.

As our allies at FRC Action have explained, despite the bill’s name and due to its expansive language, the procedures included could go far beyond in-vitro fertilization (IVF). Another section of the bill mandates that the DOD provide ART services to same-sex and unmarried couples. This would further enable the creation of children for the purpose of placing them in intentionally motherless and fatherless homes.

Send a message to Sen. Mitch McConnell & Sen. Rand Paul asking them to put children first by opposing this bill!
