HB 781 - Don't Codify "Birthing people" - men don't have babies

This bill uses the term "birthing people" instead of “mothers” for a bill intended to collect data to help improve maternal care and quality, implying that men can have babies.  In addition, this bill would add "birthing people" to the Code of Virginia for the first time, without any definition.
