Support the Parents' Bill of Rights
Parents have a fundamental right to the care and upbringing of their children, especially when it comes to their child’s education and health care. Senate Bill 49 will help to affirm, strengthen, and protect the rights of parents in North Carolina. It will restore transparency and a sense of partnership and cooperation between parents and their child’s school and health care providers. It will also protect students from being confronted with inappropriate sexually-related materials and instruction in the early grades.
