Increase funding for non-public school transportation

More and more families are making major financial sacrifices to remove their children from the influence of the radical, liberal and sexual agenda imposed upon their students in government schools. One of the challenges families face in attending a school of their choice is the cost of transportation. Because of the shortage of bus drivers, some school districts issue a payment to families in-lieu of the transportation required by law.

Remember, these families are still paying local property taxes to fund the public school. Therefore, they are incurring twice the costs of other families. Their taxes towards the public school and their tuition towards the private school.

Just because they want to protect their children!

Our friends at the New Jersey Catholic Conference recently asked Governor Murphy and the Office of Management and Budget to increase this yearly transportation reimbursement amount from $1,022 to $1,300 in the upcoming 2024 State Budget. We strongly agree!

I want to urge you to contact Governor Phil Murphy’s office and urge them to increase this per-pupil payment.
Let’s make the system work for families.
